Carnaroli Rice with Truffle

Carnaroli Rice 100% Italian, ready to use: in a pan heat a few tablespoons of oil, then toast the rice for about 1/2 minute stirring constantly, salt and add white wine as desired ( 1/2 – 1 glass).
Continue cooking with the addition of boiling water a little at a time, turning if necessary until the end of cooking ( 20 min).
Garnish with some Grana cheese.
