Spring is the season of renewal, of blossoming nature, and of the urge to spend time outdoors. And what better occasion to celebrate all of this than Easter Monday?
This year, we’ve decided to host a special event for you to experience the traditional Lunedì dell’Angelo (Easter Monday) in a carefree, relaxing, and, above all, delicious way: a Buffet Picnic in the Olive Grove.
The Location: Relax Beneath the Branches
Leave the plastic chairs and crowded tables behind—we’ve taken care of everything. Our olive grove will be set up in pure “boho-chic” style, featuring soft blankets, comfortable cushions, and casual seating scattered across the grass. You will have your own private space to soak up the sun, chat, and unwind, lulled by the gentle rustling of the olive trees.
The Menu: A Triumph of Spring Flavors
The real star of the day (aside from the relaxation!) will be our lavish buffet, open from 12:30 PM. We’ve crafted a menu that blends Easter traditions with fresh, mouthwatering dishes, perfect for enjoying al fresco:
- Savory Bites & Breads: Artisan-stuffed focaccias to suit every taste: salami with Tremosine olive cheese; mortadella with green olive pâté; or a veggie version with artichoke cream and marinated zucchini.
- A Taste of Tradition: The classic Torta Pasqualina (savory Easter pie) is an absolute must, accompanied by a selection of local cheeses served with our jams.
- Picnic Mains: A rich and aromatic barley salad (artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, shaved aged Garda cheese, mint, and our extra virgin olive oil), alongside a delightful cold pasta salad with pesto, cherry tomatoes, and baby mozzarella.
- From the Grill: Light and flavorful grilled seasonal vegetables.
- The Grand Finale: Fresh fruit salad and, to finish on a high note, a crunchy Colomba (traditional Easter cake) served with an irresistible orange-infused olive oil cream.
- To Toast: Water, a non-alcoholic aperitif, and the ever-present Spritz to raise a glass to spring!
How to Join Us
The event takes place on Easter Monday starting at 12:30 PM. The participation fee is €34 for adults and €20 for children (ages 6 to 12). This includes access to the olive grove, your boho picnic setup (blankets/cushions), unrestricted access to the buffet, and the beverages listed above.
Spots are intentionally limited to guarantee plenty of space and tranquility for all our guests. We highly recommend booking in advance!
