On Wednesday, July 28 at 8 pm, the G(i)usto Laboratorio Culinario from Lonato del Garda is bringing to the Oilbar&Bistrò a unique and delicious menu. You will get to enjoy the flavour of our extra virgin olive oil at its best!

The menu for the evening includes:
1. Farro monococco (spelt), cashew pesto, zucchini and fior di sale.
2. Tarte tatin with red and yellow dates, whipped sauce with EVO oil and basil.
3. Lemon carpaccio flamed in oil and brown sugar, coconut cream cheese, crunchy crumble.

The cost of the dinner is 35€ per person.
