Obtained from the union of the cooked must of Lambrusco grapes with white wine vinegar aged in oak barrels and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP aged in juniper, chestnut and oak barrels. The great creaminess and the evident woody notes typical of the most valuable Balsamics are decisive.
