Live a unique culinary experience surrounded by the centuries-old olive trees of Frantoio Manestrini, where the warmth of sunset meets the authentic flavours of Lake Garda.
The evening begins with a refreshing welcome drink, followed by a guided mini tasting of three extra virgin olive oils produced at our mill, served with artisanal bread.

– Gourmet bruschetta with EVO oil, cherry tomatoes, burrata and fresh herbs
– Zucchini fritters with EVO oil
Main Course:
– Handmade potato gnocchi with basil pesto and EVO oil
Dessert:
– Soft EVO oil and citrus cake
After preparing the dishes, guests will enjoy a convivial dinner together, accompanied by a glass of local wine.
