Recipes with our Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oils

Returning from holidays, as we know, is always traumatic and difficult to deal with. The idyll of days spent at the lake, lying in the sun on the beaches or walking through the hills of the hinterland ends, to return instead to facing the problems of everyday life, always in a bit of a hurry. This is how it often happens that we no longer have the time or desire to dabble in the kitchen, ending up always eating the same things, devoid of taste and imagination.

This year, however, things could change. Frantoio Manestrini has a solution to offer you: our many delicious Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

We start from our top quality 100% Italian Manestrini Extra Virgin Olive Oil and enrich it with the addition of natural aromas with the most varied flavors such as lemon, onion, truffle, ginger, orange, garlic and chilli pepper, rosemary, black pepper, garlic , basil, chili pepper and oregano. Fennel salad with oranges, dark olives and orange flavored EVO Oil:

Very simple recipe that can be prepared in just a few minutes, excellent for a light lunch or as a side dish.

All you need to do is finely chop some fennel, some ripe and juicy oranges, add some dark olives, perfect in this case are the pitted Frantoio Manestrini olives in oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a good round of Orange Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil Frantoio Manestrini. The citrus flavor of the oranges and oil contrasts the sweetness of the fennel and the olives give that touch of flavor, which makes this dish appetizing for everyone.

Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper with EVO oil flavored with garlic and chilli pepper

Perfect recipe for when you really have little, very little desire to cook.

Boil your favorite spaghetti for a few minutes, drain them al dente, finish cooking in a pan in which you have first heated a little of the Frantoio Manestrini Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavored with Garlic and Chilli. Once sautéed for a few minutes your spaghetti will be ready. For a more intense flavor you can fry fresh chilli pepper and a clove of garlic together with the oil.

Rosemary potatoes with rosemary flavored EVO oil

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into not too small wedges. Bring plenty of salted water to the boil, add the potatoes and cook for about 7/10 minutes. As soon as they are slightly soft, drain them well in a colander.

Bring the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper, arrange the potatoes without overlapping and season them with a drizzle of Rosemary flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil Frantoio Manestrini, sprigs of rosemary, a pinch of salt, crushed garlic, pepper and cook them in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. If you want to increase the crunchiness, put them under the grill for a few minutes.

Eat while still hot.
